Acceptance of general conditions of sale
1.1. The contract stipulated between S.s.a. Geel Floricoltura and the Purchaser must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by S.s.a. Geel Floriculture, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Buyer. By placing an order, the Purchaser declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the general and payment conditions.
1.2 Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Buyer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
1.3. All rights of the Purchaser to compensation for damages or indemnity are excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
How to Buy
2.1. The Purchaser can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of S.s.a. Geel Floriculture at the time of placing the order and viewable online at the site www.geelfloricultura.com
It is specified that the images of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color, size or shape in the figure. As far as possible, we try not to force the vegetative cycle of our plants and consequently their appearance may vary according to the seasons.
2.3. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by S.s.a. Geel Floriculture through an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Buyer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication. The message reproduces all the data entered by the Buyer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
2.4. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, S.s.a. Geel Floricoltura will promptly notify the Buyer.
2.5. In case of unavailability of specific products, the Buyer will be notified of the delay by e-mail.
2.6. Collection in the nursery: At the time of the order, the customer can select the method withdrawal in the nursery without additional shipping costs. The total cost of goods must be paid in advance using the payment methods described below.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer will be contacted by S.S.A. GEEL FLORICOLTURA to agree on time and day for the collection of the goods. Order preparation / fulfillment times are up to 3 working days.

3.1. Payment by bank transfer

Billing
For orders made by VAT number holders, an invoice will be sent via email after delivery, pursuant to Article 14 of the Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004.
Important: in accordance with current tax laws, an invoice will not be issued to the owners of individual companies and / or freelancers if the Tax Code and recipient code and / or PEC of the interested party are not entered, in addition to the VAT number. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Buyer at the time of the order is authentic. No change in the invoice will be possible after its issue.
Warranty & shipping risks
The goods travel at the Buyer's risk and peril.
Any complaints for delays, loss or damage to the package must be expressed to the courier before collecting the goods, affixing the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the accompanying document.
The company is not liable for errors caused by insufficient address provided by the Buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The Purchaser can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen working days, excluding Saturday (the postmark is authentic), from receipt of the goods by sending notice to S.s.a. Geel Floricoltura, Via Arzaron 75 / A, 35040 Carceri (PD) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The purchased good must be returned intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts. The right of withdrawal is lost in the event of lack of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents) sent back.
