Orange thyme

Thymus vulgaris subsp. fragrantissimus is characterized by the bushy and green-grey foliage.

The foliage has a citrus flavor and spicy balsamic with strongly and can be used in cooking to flavour sweet and savoury dishes, as well as drinks.

The summer bloom is white-pink.
