Rue is a perennial bush, widely known for flavoring liqueurs, distillates and grappas.
You can use its leaves not only to experiment with a DIY liqueur, but also add them to various dishes such as salads, meats and fish.
Yellow flowers occurs in summer. It is also cultivated as a medicinal herb and an insect repellent.
