Malva

Mallow is one plant rustic, upright and easy to grow.

The flowers are light purple in colour. They appear in spring and continue to color the plant throughout the summer.

Mallow leaves and flowers are both edible. Excellent raw as an addition to salads, they can also be cooked or added to soups.

• Useful advice on Malva? Cut off the faded inflorescences. This will allow the plant to always produce new flowers!
