Botanical name: Lippia dulcis

Lippia dulcis is a perennial species in Colombia, Mexico, spontaneous in Southern Venezuela and the Caribbean.

Used for centuries in places of origin as a natural sweetener and medicinal plant, Lippia dulcis is characterized by drooping bushy growth habit and profuse bloom white.

Great for use in cooking as a sugar substitute, especially in addition to drinks and cake.
