Thymus citriodorus ' Doone Valley ' is a perennial varieties of thyme from creeping growth habit. It stands also for the variegated foliage to yellow and the intoxicating scent of lemon.

This perennial is utunused as aromatic kitchen. They are in fact collected the flowers and leaves to flavor soups, meat and fish dishes, pizzas and salads.
