Santoreggia iberica

Botanical name: Satureja obovata

Small shrubby species present spontaneusly along the coasts of the Iberian Peninsula, Satureja obovata has a foliage sparse, but particularly aromatic.

Edible and can be used in cooking as a flavor, the plant can reach a total height of between 50 and 70 cm.

The delicate bloom is pinkish-white color.
