Botanical name: Santolina viridis

Santolina viridis is a strongly aromatic Evergreen, green suffrutex alive.

Also known as "green" or "olive", santolina this perennial herb has a compact shape and rounded, which in summer becomes pretty yellow flower heads.

Besides being an ideal herb for borders or rockeries, this variety is edible, and as revealed by the common name "grass", it has a great aroma and lends itself particularly well to flavor a variety of dishes in the kitchen.
