Salvia pesca variegata

Botanical name: Salvia microphylla 'Variegata'

Shrubby varieties from variegated foliage, Salvia microphylla ' Variegata ' has a profuse bloom of Crimson for much of the year.

Besides being of great interest from an ornamental point of view, the foliage of the plant, if rubbed, gives off a delicious aroma of peach and can be used in cooking to flavor or garnish desserts, ice cream, desserts, fruit salads and drinks.
