Botanical name: Rosmarinus officinalis

Rosemary is a perennial Evergreen, leathery leaves and needle-like.

Great as a garden hedge, the aroma was used since ancient times in the kitchen to flavor roast, vegetables, potatoes, fish and sauces.

The stems of Rosemary are ideal as a barbecue skewer or as an addition to your scented Potpourri.

Blue-violet flowers can also be eaten fresh in salads.
