Botanical name: Origanum laevigatum 'Hopley's Purple'

Native to the rocky areas of Turkey and Cyprus, Origanum laevigatum ' Hopley's Purple ' is a perennial species from bushy.

The aromatic foliage, from violet to red shades-blank green in spring, in autumn, and profuse flowering purple, which makes an appearance in summer, and lasted until the first cold, make this variety especially ornamental.

The abundant flowering is visited by bees and butterflies.
