Bystropogon origanifolius is an herbaceous aroma, endemic to the Canary Islands, also called "oregano in the Canary Islands".
Not a lover of stagnant water, the plant has strong growth and is characterized by the flowering of white color.
The aroma is reminiscent of that of oregano, but the taste is very distinctive. Ideal for seasoning fish dishes.
