Mentha spicata thaj is a variety of Mentha spicata, very aromatic foliage and dark green.

The leaves are used to flavor desserts, ice cream and fruit salads. Widely used in the preparation of spirits and syrups, as well as for the realization of refreshing teas and infusions.
