Issopo del Gargano

Botanical name: Micromeria fruticosa

Micromeria fruticosa is a small Bush aromatic, widespread in areas east of the Mediterranean. Also known as "hyssop del Gargano", this variety over the cliffs of the Gargano area spontaneous vegeta.

The foliage is grayish-green and flowering is white.

With this perennial Evergreen you can make refreshing tea or add it to give flavor to your soup. The plant is also a great natural repellent against insects.
