Botanical name: Tagetes tagetes lemmonii

Tagetes tagetes lemmonii is a herbaceous perennial plant, native to South America.

The plant has an erect habit and can reach 3 meters high. Flowering occurs in late fall and is yellow-orange.

The dried leaves are used to flavor soups and sauces and have a hint of Apple.

It may be also useful in order to prevent attacks of snails and to prevent the spread of weeds.
