Star grass leaves are rich in vitamins: excellent cooked as boiled vegetables or eaten raw in addition to salads.

They are reminiscent of rocket in taste and will be a pleasant addition to your mixed salads!

It is a small bush, vigorous and evergreen! You can have it available all year round, on the balcony or in the vegetable garden.
