Botanical name: Balsam

Herbaceous perennial native to East, Balsam or balsam, also called "Grass of Saint Peter", is characterized by the strongly aromatic foliage reminiscent of the smell of Mint. Given his taste tends also to the bitter, this variety is great to use in the kitchen to flavor fillings, sauces, omelets and game.
