Botanical name: AGASTACHE mexicana

The Agastache mexicana is a genus of Agastache known particularly in the area of Mexico.

This species is characterized by the unmistakable aroma of anise and thus lends itself to be used as a tarragon French, namely on sauces, fish and game, and further to make refreshing aromatic teas.

The summer bloom is magenta.
