Watercress Nasturtium officinalis, also known as "the fountains" or "watercress", is an herbaceous perennial spontaneously in humid areas, such as near ponds or streams.

This variety of easy cultivation it prefers shaded mansion.

Rich in vitamins and minerals, watercress is known since ancient times as nourishment. Very good eaten fresh in salads.
