Camomilla romana

Botanical name: Chamaemelum nobile

Chamaemelum nobile is a herbaceous perennial with a pleasant scent. Flowers and Chamomile flower heads are about it used in the kitchen to prepare infusions.

The flowers are generally collected at the beginning of flowering, which starts in May and lasts through the summer, when the flower heads are not well hatched and are still a nice white color.
