Botanical name: Chamaemelum nobile

Chamaemelum nobile è un’erbacea perenne dal gradevole profumo. I fiori e i capolini della camomilla vengono a questo proposito utilizzati in cucina per preparare ottimi infusi.

The flowers are generally collected at the beginning of flowering, which starts in May and lasts through the summer, when the flower heads are not well hatched and are still a nice white color.
