Botanical name: Coffea arabica
The coffee plant, Coffea arabica, is a perennial native to Ethiopia.
Given the tropical origin, the plant lives without problems inside, lending itself as an ornamental plant. In the warmer months it manages to adapt very well placed in the ground outside and in luminous position.
Coffea arabica plants produce a flowering of white color and smell similar to that of jasmine. After flowering, make an appearance of real berries, which initially appear to turn red and then green. Each of these berries will contain two coffee beans.
