Cedronella canariensis, also known as "balm of Gilead", is a semi-evergreen shrub, native to the Canary Islands.
This perennial plant has an erect habit and its toothed leaves are oval in shape and pointed and the aroma similar to lemon. Flowers in clusters of pink make their appearance in late summer until early autumn.
