Erba aglina

Botanical name: Garlic chives

Originally from Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan and China, Allium tuberosum is also called Chinese garlic "or" aglina "grass".

Flowers, leaves and bulb of this herbaceous perennial plant are edible and are used to flavor salads and soups.

Flowering from July to September, is white.
