Botanical name: Rumex acetosella

Herbaceous perennial native to Europe, Rumex acetosella, also called "Green Shamrock", is a small species of the genus Rumex.

The tender leaves lanceolate with a delicate taste sour can be eaten raw in salads or cooked as a spinach.

The typical flowering panicle focuses in the summer season.

Continued exposure to the Sun could act on the colouration of foliage, venandolo red.
